May I now say how impressed I was with your operative (Bob) who arrived yesterday morning to install our new shower. He was very helpful and obviously knows his job. I shall certainly consider using Permanex again if any further problems etc. occur.

Dear Tim and Martin and Ashley!
I can't believe it! After all my panicking this morning (please, please forgive me for that - based on previous painful experiences), Ashley's job has finished up incredibly superbly (beyond all our expectations in every way). A huge 'thank-you' to Ashley of course - for putting up with my distrust, and Also, I would so like him and Martin (who tried so hard also to fathom out what on earth was causing our usual air-lock in front bathroom - which has been a problem for 38 years) to know that just after Ashley left our home today:- managed to clear the air-lock!!! It was Martin's surprise that the bath and basin hot taps didn't work in a particular way during his experiments that gave me a clue.
       
So, I stuffed wet towelling up the joint bath tap outlet - to make a better 'block', did the usual sending-cold-water-up-the-open hot tap... BUT, then opened the basin hot tap and
let it come out of that one...
       
Doing this 2 / 3 times began to get the hot water going more... and it soon came back, in both bath and basin at once, in its usual way! So, it seems that any airlock / block was indeed somewhere between the bath and basin. And the good news being that the pipes in loft, though maybe not perfectly routed, DO work better than we all thought!
       
Thanks a million again - all of you. And we are so thrilled and relieved to have at last found a trustworthy, perfect plumbing company after 38 years of often fearing our water system's more negative aspects. Bless you all for your patience too! With warmest wishes, from my son Fran too.

Hi Martin,
I just had Aaron over to fix the stop-cock and I just wanted to write and say what a fantastic job he did. He's quality. Fast and efficient. If all your workforce is as good as he is you must be laughing. I'll definitely be recommending Permanex to anyone who ever asks me for a plumber.

Just a quick email to give you some feedback. One of your plumbers - Martin - fixed our toilet today, & just thought you ought to know how good he was.
He explained everything after he'd done it so that not only did it display his skill, it also made me feel very confident that he'd done a good job. And no bullxxxx is always a bonus too. Thank you very much. Is it possible to request him if we need a plumber again?

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone at Permanex for the excellent job in installing our new boiler. We were extremely happy with every single aspect of using Permanex right from the start through to the installation and after services care. Everyone who we came into contact with was extremely helpful and friendly, and most importantly, extremely competent.
